3. Project title and target timeline for funding. 

4. Executive summary of your Project.

5. How your project aligns with our funding priorities. 

6. Requested amount. 

7. Total project budget.

8. How you define success for this project. 

Before submitting, please include your IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter.
